President/Fitness Specialist/Presenter/Wellness Coach

Biography

Randy is the President/CEO of Eleet Fitness and serves as a Fitness Specialist, Presenter and Wellness Coach.  He has a Masters of Education in Exercise Science, is an ACSM Health/Fitness Specialist and a USA Triathlon-Certified Coach.  Randy currently travels the nation as an instructor for Exercise Etc and has served in the past as a collegiate instructor, general manager, and strength and conditioning coach.  He has always been involved in sports and during his high school career, Randy was named District MVP in football and baseball and was 1st-team All-district in basketball.  Since 2007 Randy has been studying the arts of Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts.  With extensive personal experience and knowledge in the fields of weight training, strength and conditioning, post-rehab, flexibility and energy systems training, Randy can help you accomplish all your fitness goals.

Brad Perry, PT, MS, STS, USA Cycling Coach, USATF Level 1 Coach

Physical Therapist

Biography

Brad is a partner/director for Partners in Therapy, which includes the Kingwood, Lake Houston, Cleveland, and Spring-Klein physical therapy clinics.  Brad also serves as a clinical education instructor for PT and PTA students in the greater Houston area. In his instruction, he integrates a variety of interventions, including the McKenzie Method, joint and soft tissue mobilizations (manual therapy), and the application of functional and corrective exercises to optimize healing. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science and his Master’s degree in Science in Physical Therapy at Texas State University. He is trained in Kinesiotaping techniques, fitting foot orthotics with Vasyli products, and is certified as a Strength Training Specialist through the International Weightlifting Association. Brad is a USA Triathlon-Certified Coach and a USAC-Certified Cycling Coach. He is also certified in Sportsmetrics (sportsmetrics.net), which has been proven to prevent ACL injuries, improve vertical jump, and increase speed.  Brad loves sports and participated in high school athletics where he played football (1st team All-district honors), basketball (1st team All-district honors), and baseball (1st team All-state).  He went on to acclaim All-Conference honors as a collegiate-level baseball player.  Brad has also competed in several triathlons since 2007.  Brad plans to use his skills to improve his athletes’ performances, prevent injury, rehab athletes, and prepare athletes to reach their goals.

Brad is part of our Post-Rehab and Triathlon Development Teams.

Keith Kaiser, BESS, CSCS

Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Sport and Activity Analyst

Biography

Keith is a well respected strength and conditioning coach with vast experience working with football, baseball, basketball, volleyball, and track athletes.  Keith handles our exercise programming, periodization, and progression.  Keith is also head of our Sport and Activity Analysis Team.  This team gathers real time data from sporting events allowing Eleet Fitness to design cutting-edge fitness programs.

Roger Bartels, Ph.D.

Performance Psychologist

Biography

Roger Bartels received a Ph.d. in Psychology from the University of Minnesota in 2009.  His empirical research foci have been health cognition, decision-making and health behavior, motivation, and goal achievement.  He is the author of several academic papers and book chapters on psychology and health and has presented his work at the Midwestern Psychological Association, the Southwestern Psychological Association, the Society for Personality and Social Psychology, and the American Psychological Society.

Tina Thibodeaux, PT

Biography

Tina graduated from Grand Valley State University, in Allendale Michigan in 1999.  She has worked in a wide variety of settings from out patient to orthopedic to aquatic therapy.  Tina is certified by Isernhagen to perform Functional Capacity Evaluations and has completed McKenzie courses A-C.

Jennifer Nirenberg

Biography

Jennifer graduated from the University of Georgia in 2000 and the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2003.  Most recently she worked at the GA House of Representatives research office but also spent two years with the Central Intelligence Agency.  Currently she stays at home with a 4 year old girl and 1 year old boy. Jennifer is ACE certified.

Mariah Lewis, MS, RD, LD

Biography

Mariah graduated from Kansas State University in 2003 with her Bachelors in Nutrition and Exercise Science.  She went on to get her Masters in Nutrition at Texas Women’s University.  She has worked as a Registered Dietitian in a number of different settings from clinical to consultant work.  Currently she works part-time as a Dietitian and the other hours go toward raising her 3 year old boy and 1 year old girl.  Mariah is also NASM certified.
