How THE ELEET PROGRAM™ Works

The Eleet Program™ is a unique program that delivers 5 phases of high level fitness, performance psychology and nutritional information to ensure that each member is developing physically and mentally.  With inspiration coming from The Art of Learning, years of general observation, research and personal experience, The Eleet Program™ is specifically designed to create the framework for positive change.

  1. Our fitness program is based on the idea that to create physiological change you need to properly progress exercise, maximize cardiovascular function, and continue to improve movement patterns.
  2. Our psychological program is based on the fact that our neural pathways are created when we experience life.  And, the experience itself is not necessarily the issue, but the unique perspective taken from the experience is.  Two people experiencing the same event can come away from it with very different impressions. Our goal is to create a positive experience for each member while still allowing them to express their individuality.
  3. Our nutritional program reduces the idea of food to it’s most basic part, the ingredients.  Understanding the what and why of ingredients is monumental to understanding nutrition.

Taking Control of Your Health!

In order to maximize your health/fitness program, three specific items need to be addressed: goal setting, exercise programming, and nutrition. Goal setting needs to focus on attainable short and long-term goals with a goal reassessment taking place every 6-12 weeks. This goal reassessment has two major purposes:

1) motivation to reach the original goal or goals

2) to set new goals once the old goal or goals have been reached

Once you have finished your goal setting it is important to create a structured exercise program to reach those goals. Your exercise program should be created with the assistance of a qualified health/fitness professional to ensure proper progression and to minimize soreness and injury. It is important to note that noticeable biological and physical changes may not occur until after week 8-12.

Finally no program is complete without adequate time spent improving your dietary habits. You must focus on keeping it simple early on as you do not want to overwhelm yourself with labels, portion sizes, ingredients, etc. Don’t try to move mountains but rather take the process step-by-step. Start with the basic understanding of ingredients, then move on to how much to eat, and then on to meal planning.

Every program should have an easily identifiable process. If you are not having the success you want, feel like you are wasting your time and money, and/or do not know where to begin, try our program. The Eleet Program™ is a unique program that addresses all three aspects of a proper health/fitness program and now it is available to you at the simple push of a button.

The Dangers of Statin Drugs

The Dangers of Statin Drugs

www.westonaprice.org/Dangers-of-Statin-Drugs-What-You-Havent-Been-Told-About-Popular-Cholesterol-Lowering-Medicines.html

OUR VIEW:

Based on continued research and the importance of cholesterol to the human body, it is important to understand that cholesterol lowering drugs can have detrimental effects on our health.  Statin drugs have been show to cause some if not all of these side effects:

  • Muscle Pain and Weakness
  • Neuropathy
  • Heart Failure
  • Dizziness
  • Cognitive Impairment
  • Cancer
  • Pancreatitis
  • Depression

Simple lifestyle changes including a regular exercise program, a sound nutrition program and a stress management plan can help reduce the risk of heart disease and avoid these unwanted side effects.  We suggest that you talk with your health care professional about a plan to reduce or eliminate the use of statin drugs in your daily routine.
